Wholesale holiday and party supplies: what we do
WW Revel is a wholesale supplier of holiday and party supplies and of custom party sets built to a buyer's brief. We sell to importers, wholesalers, retail and variety chains, event and wedding suppliers, hospitality buyers and online sellers, which means buyers who need a whole occasion covered rather than a single line topped up, and who reorder against a calendar rather than making a one-off purchase. The range sits in three groups that can be quoted on one order: five holiday programmes, Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Ramadan and New Year; five party supply lines, balloons, tableware, decorations, hats and accessories, and favours; and six occasion programmes, birthday, baby shower, wedding, graduation, Valentine's Day and St Patrick's Day. Each of those has its own page on this site, describing the groups, materials, minimums and packing for that line. What we do not run is a public price list. Every order is quoted individually against the range, the quantity, the print work and the destination, which is why the useful first step is a brief rather than a browse. Wholesale orders start at one mixed pallet, most designs carry a 500-unit minimum per SKU, custom printing starts at 500 units per design and custom party sets start at ten sets. Trade terms are FOB, CIF or DDP. Everything else on this page explains how we work, what can be documented, and how goods reach your warehouse.

What our product lines cover: five holidays, five party supply lines, six occasions
Everything we quote sits in one of three groups, and the groups are designed to be bought together rather than separately. The five holiday programmes run around fixed calendar peaks. Christmas covers trees, garlands, baubles, tableware and gifting on our Christmas wholesale range. Halloween covers props, yard decor, tableware and costumes on our Halloween wholesale range. Easter covers eggs, baskets, garlands and tableware on our Easter range. Ramadan covers lanterns, crescent decor, tableware and favour boxes on our Ramadan range. New Year covers backdrops, balloons, hats and countdown kits on our New Year range. The five party supply lines carry the year-round volume. Balloons covers latex, foil, garland kits and arches on our wholesale balloons. Tableware covers plates, cups, napkins and cutlery on our party tableware. Decorations covers banners, streamers, confetti and poppers on our party decorations. Hats and accessories covers party hats, crowns and photo props on our party hats and accessories. Favours covers gift bags, favour boxes and small gifts on our party favours. Six occasion programmes then cut across both sides of the range: birthday, baby shower, wedding, graduation, Valentine's Day and St Patrick's Day, each on its own page under our occasion programmes. A buyer can order one line, or a themed programme that pulls from several. Tell us which of those pages match your shelf plan or your event calendar and we will quote them as a single order.

How we work: brief, design, approve and ship
The process is short and it does not change with the size of the order. Step one is the brief: occasion, date, guest count or shelf date, theme, budget range, destination market and the quantities you have in mind. Step two is design: we come back with a matched list, item by item, showing the quantity of each, the material and print option, samples where they are needed, and a landed price against your destination. Step three is approval and shipping: you sign off the sample, we produce, and we ship on the agreed date. The same three steps carry a stock reorder, an OEM programme and a custom party set; what changes is how much design work sits inside step two. One named contact stays with the order from first quote to final delivery, so you are not re-explaining the brief at each handover. Two things worth knowing up front. Custom party sets start at ten sets, so a first order need not be large to be worth quoting. Single units are only available in our premium all-inclusive collections, so if you are buying to resell, the set route is the one that fits. Send the brief by email to [email protected] or on WhatsApp to +86 137 5705 2291, and we reply within one business day.

Quality control in the buying process
Quality in this trade is decided at three points, and only one of them is on the production floor. The first is the specification. A 12 inch latex balloon at 2.2 g and the same nominal balloon at 3.2 g are different products with different shelf behaviour, and a plate described only by its weight is not a specification until the coating and the food-contact surface are named as well. A vague specification is the most common reason a container arrives wrong, so we push the specification conversation into the first exchange rather than leaving it to the quotation. The second point is the sample. Printing, die-cutting and assembly sit under one roof, which means a printed sample can be produced and shipped quickly, and the sample stage is the moment to check print position, colour and how the finished item folds or assembles, rather than checking a flat artwork file. Approve on the produced item, not on paper. The third point is packing: inner bags, carton sizes, carton marks, barcodes and a loading plan prepared against your warehouse's requirements, because damage in transit and a mis-labelled carton cost more than the goods themselves. Where an item has to demonstrate compliance, ask for the current report for that specific item and that specific market, because a category description is not evidence.

Compliance and testing: what items can be produced to
Items can be produced to the standards your market requires. Ask us for the current test reports for the specific item, because reports are issued per item, per material and per market rather than as one general document. In this product family that normally means several different report families. Uninflated balloons and party novelties are treated as items for children in most major markets, which brings EN 71-1 for mechanical safety, EN 71-2 for flammability and EN 71-3 for migration of elements from both the material and the ink; the United States equivalent runs through CPSIA and ASTM F963. Printed plastics and films attract phthalate limits such as DEHP, DBP and BBP, and a printed item can fail on its ink rather than on the base material. Tableware is a food-contact product and belongs to a different report family from a decoration. Battery and LED items are electrical goods with their own requirements. Helium is a Class 2.2 compressed gas and travels under separate rules. The practical advice is to name the destination market, the items you intend to test and the age group you are selling to in your first message, and we will tell you which documents are issued against that shipment. Which documents travel with an order is confirmed per order, against the items and the market on that order.

Shipping: FOB, CIF and DDP, mixed containers and carton planning
We quote FOB, CIF or DDP, and the difference is how far the price follows the goods. FOB suits a buyer with a forwarder and a consolidated route: the price covers the goods to the port of loading and cleared for export, and you control the booking and pay the freight directly. CIF suits a buyer who wants one number covering the goods and the sea move to a named destination port, with insurance included. DDP suits a buyer who would rather receive a delivered price to a warehouse, with duty and inland movement included; it is the term most first-time importers ask for, and it needs the clearest brief, because duty depends on the product and the destination. Under all three terms, mixed-SKU loading is the lever. One container can carry the full range with no forced volume per design, which matters here because the goods are mixed density: balloons, decorations and boxed sets cube out long before they reach weight capacity, while tableware, weights and glassware weigh out. Loaded together they bring the container to a sensible average density. Cartons, pallets and a loading plan are prepared for your warehouse. Sea transit from Asia to Europe or North America typically runs 30 to 40 days, plus about two weeks for port and inland movement. Terms and transit windows are confirmed per order.

MOQ, samples, lead time and how to send your first enquiry
Three numbers usually decide whether a first order is worth quoting, and all three are industry ranges rather than a price list. Minimum order: wholesale orders start at one mixed pallet, most designs carry a 500-unit minimum per SKU, custom party sets start at ten sets, and custom printing starts at 500 units per design. Samples: stock samples ship in 3 to 5 days, and custom samples within about 10 days once artwork is confirmed. Lead time: stock designs ship in 15 to 25 days, and custom printed or private-label work runs 30 to 45 days after sample approval, with sea transit on top. Confirm all of these against your own order before you plan a shelf date, because minimums and calendars are agreed per order rather than published. To get a quote that is actually usable, send six things: what you need, the quantity, the destination port or address, your target delivery window, the market you are selling into, and any artwork or brand requirement. If the print or the packaging is still open, say so, because it is easier to build that into the first quote than to reopen it later. The enquiry form on this site, email to [email protected] and WhatsApp on +86 137 5705 2291 all reach the same team, and we reply within one business day.
